Access infrastructure the state can rely on

Municipal services, schools and national institutions run on identity systems that must satisfy procurement, compliance and audit at once. ID Network has secured public-sector facilities in Estonia since 1999 — with full audit trails and one accountable local partner.

FAQ

Questions the public sector asks

Can the system be deployed fully on-premises?

Yes. Public-sector deployments can run entirely on the institution's own infrastructure, or on EU cloud infrastructure with EU data residency.

Does it produce audit trails for procurement and oversight?

Every access event is logged with role-based context and can be exported as an audit trail for internal review, oversight bodies and procurement requirements.

How is GDPR handled?

Deployments keep data within the EU, use 256-bit AES encryption and are designed to meet GDPR and EU data-protection requirements. A data-processing agreement is provided.

Are you an Estonian company?

Yes. ID Network is operated by In Deal OÜ, an Estonian company (registry code 10526708), building and supporting the platform locally since 1999.

Can it integrate with national systems?

The platform is designed to integrate with national authentication and registry systems where applicable; we map the specific integrations during scoping.
